Font Sense & Layout Savvy

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.

In this hands-on, interactive workshop, we'll consider why fonts matter, examine how fonts work, and determine how our font and text layout choices can shape communication and demonstrate deeper understanding. Participants should have a laptop with access to google slides.

Participants will learn: how we recognize and interpret the visual and associative traits of fonts, the font family classification system, and how to organize text into a visual hierarchy using the design elements of fonts, placement, color, and size.
